Bobby Noer Rahman is partner and founder of Dua Counsellors at Law and holds extensive experience in handling many legal aspects including merger & acquisition, real property, finance and banking (including conventional and sharia) and general corporate, with proven records as distinguished legal practitioner for 15 years. Prior establishing the firm, Bobby has served as a lawyer in one of top tier law firms in Indonesia for 9 years where he was involving in various cross-practice projects during his tenure in such law firm both for local and foreign entities, including merger & acquisition, restructuring, joint venture, and many more. Bobby has also sharpened his legal expertise in real property sector by joining one of China’s renowned industry city developer and operator company where he served as General Counsel for 6 years where his team, led by Bobby, were handling enormous focal transactions, including joint venture, land acquisition, dispute settlement and many more. Bobby obtained his bachelor in law from Universitas Padjajaran, Bandung in 2008 and pursued his LL.M. degree in Erasmus University, Netherland with focused in Business Corporate and Maritime Law, then graduated from there in 2011. Bobby is a licensed advocate and active member of Indonesia Advocate Association (PERADI).
